Gestalt and a "gestalt oriented" approach are central in our work and we use
gestalt therapy as an important tool for
treatment an personal development.

We work with different kind of methods. As an example we use zenmeditation and varying techniques for relaxation to reduce stress and improve wellbeeing. Another of our more important methods used in group development is PBL, problem based learning. PBL when used together with other more therapeutical methods is an effective tool to improve group climate and to reduce conflicts in different kind of group situations.
Samtalspartner works with private individuals as well as companies. We have worked with therapeutical treatment for groups and individuals for about 25 years. During these years we also have provided coaching, management support and staff counselling for different organisations and companies. Our network is wide and we can provide competens in most areas concerning human health, growth and development.
