Dialoguepartner works to improve the conditions for people. As staff counselors we do our best
to help in enhancing and strengthening the social situation and to stimulate the development of
a positive company climate. When needed we assist in crises treatment and rehabilitation for
individuals as well as for groups.

Our work with personnel basically rests on the same cornerstones as our work with managers.
Accordingly our goals are:

• Increased personal insights and empathy
• A sound ideological structure
• Increased understanding of personal motives and forces for action

Dialoguepartner gives advice and support and we do processoriented work. We assist in interwiewing
possible employees and we assist managers when they need to give feedback and support to employees.

In cooperation with other consultants in our network we arrange different kinds of courses, conferenses and training. We do coaching and we provide courses in teambuilding, recreation and health care, personal development, relaxation and antistress treatment
